We are pleased to announce that the EAFTA 2021 (The 8th International Symposium of East Asia Fisheries Technologists Association) & FSMILE 2021 (The 2nd International Symposium of Food Society of Modern International Lifestyle Education) Symposium on utilization of marine resources and construction of food system with high quality and low carbon will be held on 26th–28th November, 2021. This symposium will be hosted by Hainan Tropical Ocean University, Sanya, China, on site and by Zoom cloud.

This symposium is to provide an open forum for the introduction and discussion of the most current status of innovative scientific and technological achievements in the interdisciplinary versatile fields of seafood technology, food processing and utilization of marine resources, bio-functional compounds in marine resources, food safety and Hygiene, Seafood Nutrition and Education throughout East Asia.
